ASR time is defined as time when the Speech Recognizer is actively listening irrespective of whether end-user says something or not..
ASR time accrues at 5 second increments with minimum charge of 15 seconds.
Preemptible SLA are 99.8, otherwise the SLA is 99.95. SLA numbers are computed monthly.
OnPrem SLA depend on customer Kubernetes Cluster, Document Store and Object Store hardware and software configuration.
Large volume discounts are available to customers using OnPrem deployments.

IVR pricing is on top of any ASR time used by the IVR.
While ASR time includes only the periods when the ASR engine is listening, IVR session time includes the whole duration of IVR session (typically a phone call).
IVR time accrues at 15 second increments with minimum session charge of 60 seconds
There is a minimum charge of $3.00 per phone number per month which includes 2 hours of call time.
